The cuisine of Teatergrillen is a match of French fine dining mixed with classical Swedish dishes. We are renowned for “Silvervagnen” the trolley that is circled around the tables serving the finest entrecôte at the tables. Another dish that we are specialized at is the “Biff Rydberg”, a heritage from the Swedish roots. It is, in our modest beliefs the best combination of beef and potatoes. We have been elaborating for over 20 years to find these dishes that perfectly blends with the milieu, and are still searching for future classics.
